Booking Conditions
1. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. The property is available from 4.00p.m. on day of arrival until 10.00a.m. on day of departure.
2. A deposit of £100 is required to confirm a booking with the balance payable on arrival.
3. Guests are responsible for the property and for taking all reasonable care of it and its fixtures, fittings and equipment during the period of hire.
4. No pets please.
